Work Description:
Located in an urban setting just 26 miles from Akron, this historic stadium needed emergency structural repairs prior to the busy
football season. The project consisted of repairing the structural slab and placing a new concrete topping throughout. Other site
improvements included new aluminum bleachers, painting, architectural wall coatings, caulking and the installation of a pedestrian
traffic membrane.
CPS was formally commended for our “beyond the call of duty” efforts to complete this project on the original timetable, even though the scope of work nearly doubled.
