Work Description:
Canterbury Place is an upscale assisted living community located in an elegant city setting. CPS Construction Group was selected to renovate the exterior Solarium Garden Plaza and interior parking garage ceiling that had been damaged through years of water migration.
The work in the plaza consisted of removing the existing hardscape and failed membrane, repairing the structural slab; replacing the drains, and the installation of a new hot-applied waterproofing membrane. After placing new exposed aggregate sidewalks throughout, the trellis was repaired and a beautiful garden roof landscaping scheme was planted.
The interior garage consisted of replacing the drywall ceiling, adding new light fixtures and painting. Our detailed approach to phasing and coordination allowed us to complete this project on time without disrupting the daily activities of the facility.
