Work Description:
CPS was the General Contractor for this four-level parking structure built in the heart of Downtown Uniontown as part of the Governor’s revitalization program. Constructed of post-tensioned, cast-in-place concrete, the facility encompasses 85,000 square feet and accommodates 300 vehicles. The centerpiece of the garage is the glass stair and elevator enclosure overlooking City Hall. The brick façade blends with the surrounding buildings and features several ornamental treatments. Parking control equipment was installed at both vehicular entrances and a deck waterproofing system was applied to all concrete floor surfaces for protection.
