Work Description:
Built adjacent to the hospital, this parking structure
encompasses more than 250,000 square feet on ten
levels and accommodates 1,000 vehicles. The facility
serves as visitor and employee parking for the hospital.
CPS Construction Group was the successful bidder on this $2.4 million dollar garage restoration project. Because of the magnitude of repairs, the work was phased over a two-year period and consisted of the following:
