A 25 year veteran of the firm, Brian B. Wozniak became partner and was named CEO in March 2000, after serving as President since 1988. A strong decision maker, Brian is directly accountable for the corporation’s administrative and fiscal obligations. His customer-focused management style and disciplined leadership has allowed CPS to evolve from a small, well-regarded specialty contractor into an industry leader - while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence.
With nearly two decades of experience, John J. Fratto became a partner in the firm and was named Chief Operating Officer in March 2002. John is directly responsible for all company operations, which includes overseeing three integrated business units. His boundless energy, unwavering optimism and skillful management have been instrumental in guiding the company's expansion into new markets. John has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University, and a M.B.A. from Robert Morris University.
Samuel J. Fratto has 16 years of project management experience supervising all phases of construction. His calm demeanor and steady management style allows Sam to effectively direct all field operations, and coordinate the activity of more than 125 skilled tradesmen. He is responsible for maintaining schedules, budgets, quality control, safety and customer relations. Sam has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Robert Morris University.
A well-organized multi-tasker, David P. Baum has an in-depth knowledge of construction practices, architectural drawings and contract specifications. In addition to overseeing all estimating activity, David is directly responsible for implementing our Project Management System. This includes coordinating the submittal process, obtaining building permits, tracking job costs and preparing weekly productivity field reports.
Recent projects include construction of the new Penn Street parking garage for the City of Uniontown, and construction of the West Pike Street parking facility for the City of Clarksburg. Shawn also supervised the Grant Transportation Center Garage; and the One Oxford Center and Sewickley Valley Hospital parking garage repair projects.
Recent projects include the ExpoMart parking garage for Oxford Development; Brottier Hall parking garage for Duquesne University; Forbes Avenue garage for UPMC; and the O’Hara parking structure for the University of Pittsburgh. David also supervised the UPMC Canterbury Place renovation.
Recent projects include numerous highway bridge deck resurfacing assignments for multiple Transportation Departments, as well as, parking garage projects for the University of Charleston, St. Mary’s Hospital in Huntington, West Virginia and the Citi Center parking structure located in Akron, Ohio.
